The measurement range and accuracy, measurement speed and accuracy are bothcontradictory in existing3D shape measurement method based on area-array camerasfor large-scale, high-speed continuously moving objects. A novel method based onone-dimensional image sequence is an innovative idea. The principle and the keytechnology of3D shape measurement method based on one-dimensional imagesequences are explored. One of the key technologies-line抓array camera parametercalibration is studied. Three linear array camera parameter calibration methods areproposed. The details are as follows:1.According to the imaging characteristics of linear array camera, mathematical models of the linear array camera with both static and moving objectsare studied. The key technology of3D shape measurements method based onone-dimensional image sequences is studied.2.A novel method of static linear array camera calibration base on auxiliaryinstrument is proposed. A coplanar linear pattern with an additional marker isdesigned. Auxiliary instrument is used to measure coplanar pattern during thecalibration process. The pattern’s motion is not restricted, so that a great quantity ofhigh accuracy feature points can be obtained, which m也es the calibration moreaccurate and stable.3.A linear array c^iiera inner parameter calibration method based on collinem’feature points is proposed. The feature points are limit within the view plane of lineararray camera by adjustment. The linear array camera parameter calibration problem isreduced to a two-dimensional space. The image points and feature points can beregistered directly in this method. Laser interferometer is used to measure thepositions of feature points, which ensures the accuracy of the calibration.4.After the inner parameters of linear array camera is obtained, a linear arraycmiera external parameters calibration method based on moving feature points isproposed. The motion of feature points makes target identification and locationmethod easy in a two-dimensional image. Simple and fast is the most importantfeature of this calibration method. Only one scan is needed to complete calibration.
