The measurement range and speed, measurement accuracy are highly required in 3D shape measurement for large-scale, high-speed continuously moving objects. On the basis of visual 3D shape measurement, this paper introduces linear array camera into 3D shape measurement, and takes full advantages of high self-scanned speed, high response frequency and high resolution of linear array camera. The one-dimensional image sequence outputted by linear array camera is associated to the movement information and the relative spatial attitude of mathematical models. A method of 3D shape measurement based on one-dimensional image sequence is proposed to solve this problem effectively. This paper studies the measuring principle of the method, and builds a measurement system. Linear array camera parameters calibration and image sequence matching technology are also studied. The details are as follows:1?This paper reviews the background and significance of the research, and also reviews the current state of 3D shape measurement. A 3D shape measurement system based on one-dimensional image sequence is built to research the measuring principle. Hardware structure and software function modules of the system are also realized.2?According to the characteristics of linear array camera's view plane, a method of linear array camera intrinsic parameters calibration based on collinear calibration feature points is studied. The feature points are limited within the view plane of linear array camera by adjustment of sophisticated mechanical structure. The linear array camera parameter calibration problem is reduced to a two-dimensional space. After the inner parameters of linear array camera calibration, a linear array camera external parameters calibration method based on moving feature points is proposed, which makes it simple and fast to realize the external parameters calibration. Factors affecting the results of linear array camera intrinsic parameters calibration are analyzed by simulation. The calibration experiment has shown the validity and feasibility of the method of linear array camera intrinsic and external parameters calibration.3?A fast image matching method based on gray is studied for the linear array camera image sequence matching. The method has the advantages of good matching position accuracy, strong ability of interference from white noise and without influence of image gray value linear transformation. It also diminishes the searching range of matching and improves the speed of image matching. The experiment results of good effect of the method.
