Design And Implementation Of The WeChat Public Account Information Service Platform

With the rapid development of mobile internet, instant messenger applicationsare diverting from PCs to mobile devices. Recent years, instant messenger apps,represented by WeChat, have rose to become popular, and more and moreindividuals and enterprises now make use of WeChat Public Platform to build theirown brands and to make fortune. WeChat Public Platformprovides informationinteraction function between the public accounts and fans, yet with limited functions,thus, WeChat public accounts can’t service well for brand values. But if everyWeChat public account develops a customed messenger service backgroundprogram, it will cost too much.In this thesis, in order to reduce the development cost of WeChat PublicPlatform, we provide a design and implementation of messenger service platform forrapid construction and management of feature-rich WeChat public accounts. TheWechat Public Account Information Service Platform consist of data transfersub-system, message processing modules library, visual site edit sub-system andfans behavior data collection sub-system, and they are connected by regular routemethod. The functions of the data transfer sub-system is to parse and package themessage, then posts the message to the WeChat server by the application programinterface.The message processing modules library provides with multiple messageprocessing modules. These modules process themessages from the WeChatserver,and will generate correspondent reply messages.The functions of the visual site edit sub-system include site real-time preview, site interface online editing andsite template library.The fans behavior data collection sub-system is to recordcommunication messages between fans and the platform, which includes messagehistory, rules usage rate and keywords trigger rate.In the aspect of systemarchitecture,this arcticle uses the Smarty template enginebased on MVC.In the sitedesign, we make full use of Smarty’s advantage to provide the visual module. In themodule library design, we use XML profile to configure the module, thus to improvethe scalability of the system.The design and implementation for WeChat Platform in this thesis canefficiently shorten the time of establishing a feature-rich WeChat public account andcan reduce the cost of the information exchange between the public account and thefans.
