Therefore, in the allocation of educational resources should be in the principle of equality, difference and compensation for three principles. The author also considers important to intensify the construction of the weak school, give support in terms of policy, corresponding educational expenses were retained from each of the annual financial budget, in this part of the funds to the construction of weak schools, but also let the development trend is good demonstration in primary and secondary schools to support weak schools, with such a constructive policy to help the school building, strengthen the educational philosophy of individual disadvantaged schools, for the weakness of the schools to provide sound management experience, in the education and teaching research, teaching resources and school enrollment system of the help of help and support, further improve the level of teachers and the weak school running level.In this paper, the author analyzes the problems existing in the allocation of educational resources in primary and secondary schools in China, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
