Pre-school education is one of the important components of education system in our country.For better development of education,education is a strong guarantee for education resources.But,judging from the current reality,in many areas in China,there are certain pre-school education resource allocation between urban and rural differences,lead to different degree education resource misallocation.The emergence of this situation seriously affects the development of education in preschool and the concept of fair development of education in China.Education equity refers to the same opportunity and rights for people of different ages to receive education.Fully reflected the education fair equality from politics and economy to effectively extend in the field of education,for different educatees provides the same opportunity to enjoy all kinds of public education resources services.This study,taking part of J province as an example,investigated the situation of education resource allocation,analyzed the current situation and related causes of education resource imbalance,and put forward some Suggestions for improvement.Through to more visits and access to relevant information,it is not hard to see,J province in the aspect of urban and rural pre-school education resources allocation has certain imbalance,there is a clear gap between the two,and embodies in the number of preschool teachers,education,job title,the number of public kindergarten,teacher younger than,kindergarten construction,activity of form a complete set of facilities,books,toys,and many other aspects.Analysis of the related reasons,and urban and rural dual economic model constraints and financial investment insufficiency,the social consciousness is not reasonable,and the existing management system is not perfect and related policies related to the imperfection of laws and regulations.To this end,we also need to take a realistic view of the existing problems,implement the disadvantages of pre-school education resources in various aspects,and accelerate the implementation of education legislation to realize the rational allocation of education resources.In addition,based on the actual situation,we should clarify the government responsibility boundary,and better promote the balanced allocation of education resources in urban and rural areas to improve the development level of local pre-school education.Overall,the study in J province as an example,through to the parts of the province's urban and rural pre-school education resource allocation situation of visiting survey,an objective analysis of current situation of the development of preschool education in these areas,and the main problems,etc.In this paper,the author puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures to promote the balanced development of preschool education in the province.Therefore,it is better to master the allocation of pre-school education resources in J province and provide some in-depth basis for local government's decision making,and better promote the development of local pre-school education.
