Learning approach of children generally includes learning orientation, attitude and habit, style, quality, etc. It does not refers to the specific methods, skills, but to children how to acquire these methods and skills. Currently, in the kindergarten teaching activities of the painting, the teachers’ support behavior on learning approach of children support is seldom, the content distribution imbalance, and the support way is single. How to improve this situation is to pondering and research.This study adopts observation, interviews and other methods to study the techers’ support behavior on learning approach in the painting teaching activities of children.It delves into the real situation of teachers’ support behavior on learning approach of painting teaching activities in kindergarten, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing teacher support behavior. This research is studied from the following five aspects:First, introduction. Including the problems put forward,definition of related concepts, research reviews and researchpurpose and meaning. Through the analysis of existing data,found that the teachers in kindergarten painting teaching activities of learning approach of children support action research is relatively scarce.Second, the research design. Including the choice of research method and application, learning approach of children behavior characterization and teachers on learning approach of children support behavior of coding, laid the groundwork for the results of the study and analysis of the below.Third, the results of the study and analysis. From teachers on learning approach of children quantity, content and way of supporting behavior three aspects carries on the data statistics, and from different painting teaching links,different age class, different kinds of painting and different teachers rank four aspects has carried on the comparative analysis.Fourth, to discuss. Including teachers on learning approach of children support behavior characteristics and influence factors of two respects. Respectively discusses the teachers on learning approach of children quantity, content and way of supporting behavior characteristics; From teachers,children and other factors three aspects analyzes theinfluence factors of teachers on learning approach of children support behavior.Fifth, the conclusion and suggestion. Through the observation and analysis of teachers’ support action on learning approach of children in the painting teaching activities in kindergarten, we found a number of problems on teachers ’ support behavior. Combinated with the characteristics of teachers on learning approach of children support behavior and influence factors, we provided some suggestion on supporting conditions for teachers to support learning approach of children development from to enhance the education theory accomplishment of teacher, to improve the teaching ability of teachers’ painting, to optimize of learning approach of children support and to improve the kindergarten management,respectively.
