Teacher-children interaction refers to the interaction between teachers and children that is the core of interpersonal relationship in the kindergarten.Good Interaction between teachers and children has important influence to promote the development of children’s healthy and the development of teacher’s specialization.Consequently, Interaction between teachers and children in the teaching activity also gets more and more attention of the researchers. At present, thereare some researches on it in China, but there is no systematical dissertation and substantial research.The painting teaching activities is an organic part of the teaching activities in kindergarten.It is an important way which children acquires knowledge and skills of painting, cultivate children’s aesthetic and art creation ability. Studying on interaction between teachers and children in teaching painting activates of kindergarten not only can explain its features and values, enrich the theoretical knowledge, but also can supply scientific basis for deeply innovation and the building of active interaction between teachers and children.what’s more,It is good for the development of teacher’s professional and the improvement of painting teaching quality.Based on the previous achievement at home and abroad,Using the method of observation、literature review and talking to conduct research on the Z kindergarten in Changsha.Selected the teachers and children of six classes in Z kindergarten as the research object.The conclusions are4parts as follows:Part one,mainly expounds the reasons for writing,the theoretical significance and practical significance,the related research both at home and abroad and the research programme of this study.Part two,describes the present situation of the interaction between teachers and children of the painting teaching activities in kindergarten by collating and analyzing observations and interviews, and mainly analyzed it from the conten、the dominant role、the nature.Part three,On the basis of that the study of the interaction between teachers and children of the painting teaching activities in kindergarten.Put forward the existing problems and try to be the attribution.Part four,to build the positive interaction between teachers and children of painting teaching activities in kindergarten.Good Suggestions are put forward:improve teachers’ professional quality, changing the concept of teachers, create loose psychological environment and perfect teaching evaluation system of children...
