Research On Financial Risks And Its Financial Risks Control After Merged

The merging of universities is an important policy in the current education reformation and development in China, and also an important content of the higher education management system. The purpose of universities merged is to strengthen the competitive power and to allocate the educational resources. The key of university merger is financial consolidation. One of the main tasks of the universities is teaching and scientific researching and the universities provide public services. Good financial situation is back funds of sustainable development of school teaching and scientific research. According to incomplete statistics, there are currently more than 250 merged universities. But along with the reform and development of the socialist market economy and higher education reform, and merged universities have developed with a super conventional development and large-scale liabilities.The speed of its expansion and competition is hitherto unknown. More and more of the merged universities are facing more complex and severe situation. With the financial risk has been highlighted, the result cause serious influence and great hidden trouble in sustainable and healthy development of China’s universities. Therefore, evaluation and research on financial risk associated with the early warning and control, the correct analysis of types and causes of the merged universities financial risk, financial risk evaluation and effective control mechanism, it not only is the prevention of financial risks need to reduce economic losses, but also to implement the scientific concept of development and to realize the sustainable development of colleges and universities.In addition to the introduction, this paper focus on theory on college financial risk, analsizing financial risk types of the merged universities. And according to the characteristics and types of risk financial activities of the merger of colleges and universities, it establishes the index system of evaluation of financial risk after the mergered. Secondly, according to the existing finance and the accounting data, it uses AHP to analysis of financial risks of A College, and talks the causes of the financial risk. Finally, the paper puts up to strengthen control measures on A College financial risk.
