Risks Analysis And Prevent Of High-level Swimming Competition In China

To gurantee high-level swimming competions' going well,this thesis takes hardwares of high-level swimming competions as research object, adopting literature method,questionnaire,experts interview method and statistics method and so on to identify,the risks of hardwares of high-level swimming competions and to research on the way to deal with the risks.1 A high-level swimming competion will meet with different kinds of risks.And risks of hardwares of high-level swimming competions is one of them,which is also risky factors that competitions organizers should take into account.Part of the riskes will deteriorate performance of atheltes while part of them are unsafe for athelets and audience.2 according to functions of hardwares of swimming competions,the hardwares of swimming competions were divided into three parts: techenique apparatus of swimming competitions,fixed facilities of natatoriums and white electrical appliances of natatoriums.According to these three parts,risks of hardwares of swimming competions were also divided into there components:risks of techenique apparatus of swimming competitions,risks of techenique apparatus of swimming competitions and risks of white electrical appliances of natatoriums.3 In the investigation of hardwares of high-level swimming competions, risks of techenique apparatus of swimming competitions rank one, following with risks of white electrical appliances of natatoriums,then risks of techenique apparatus of swimming competitions.4 After identifying risks of techenique apparatus of high-level swimming competitions,it is found that the risks of electric timing devices is the highest.And the risks of electric timing devices face three main kinds of risks.To solv the three main kinds of risks measures were made,which contained measures before,during and after competition and were processed in fifteen steps.5 After identifying risks of white electrical appliances of natatoriums of high-level swimming competitions,it is found that lighting system face three main kinds of risks,to solve the three main kinds of risks,response measures contained measures before,during and after competition and were processed in eight steps.6 From experts selecting,after identifying risks of fixed facilities of natatoriums of high-level swimming competitions,the highest risky hardware of fixed facilities of natatoriums are:passageways and entrances,grandstands,on-call rooms,locker rooms.These hardware face six main kinds of risks,response measures were processed in two steps:checking before competitions and reinforcing evacuating crowds.The research suggested building database of hardware of high-level swimming competions to gurantee high-level swimming competions' going well.From the angle of practice,to gurantee high-level swimming competions' going well,it is not enough just relying on technical personnel,referees of high-level swimming competions should cooperate with technical personnel to improve their ability of identifying and reponding to risks of hardware.Technical personnel should also improve their knowledge of the orgnization of swimming competitions.To make referees know the future trend of hardware of swiping competitions better,computer and foreign languages training should be emphasized.
