Analysis Of The Ideological And Political Education Problems And Countermeasures Of People’s Mediators

As the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the"people’smediation" is an important part of modern Chinese non-litigation dispute resolutionmechanism, is "the first line of defense" to maintain good social order and to preventthe intensification of conflicts, is an excellent system of people’s self-management,self-restriction, self-education. People’s mediators are the main force of people’smediation, under the action of their positive persuasion and mediation, all kinds ofcontradictions and disputes can be effectively resolved. Today’s society is in thevigorous development period of taking reform as the center of gravity, how tostrengthen and promote the development of people’s mediation work, that will bedirectly related to the people’s production and living order, related to social stabilityand unity, and related to the construction of harmonious society.The work of the ideological and political education is the “lifeline” for otherwork, the people’s mediation work cannot be without the ideological and politicaleducation. Strengthening the ideological and political education of people’s mediatorscan better contribute to promote the people’s mediation work efficiently, can improvethe ideological and political quality of people’s mediators, can resolve contradictionsin a timely manner, also can make the propaganda of the party’s advanced thought andpromote social stability.
