The Problems And Countermeasures In The Application Of Recessive Ideological And Political Education

Ideological and political education work, as an advantage and good tradition of the China Communist Party, is significant to success in Chinese New Democratic Revolution as well as its socialism construction achievement. The means of ideological and political education are various and flexible, mainly including dominant education and recessive education. People get used to apply the dominant education method in practice.Dominant education with unique advantage is insufficient in a way. However, its disadvantage can be made up for by the recessive education. Therefore, the recessive education become more and more important among the educators. At present, recessive ideological and political education has been applied in practice to some extent. It is crucial to emphasize the study, promotion and application of recessive education for enlarging education system.This article, based on Principle of Marxism, represents ideological and political education’s definition and characteristics, primarily using comparative analysis method as well as literature research, in order to explore its efficiency and defect.Recessive ideological and political education is applied extensively in some extent and become successful. However,there still exist some problems. For example, the educators are neither experienced on recessive education, nor do not master the education skills. What is more, the relevant educational resources did not be developed adequately. Especially the education process is lack of effective integration between dominant education and recessive education.To solve the problems mentioned above, this article strengthen and improve the application of ideological and political education, and put forward a series of countermeasures.For one thing, it not only intensify application consciousness, but also improve educators’ quality and ability on the ideological and political education.For the other thing, it brings up innovation on ideological and political education’s object and method. Such as, fully developing and rationally applying the various resources, improving the effective integration between dominant education and recessive education. By these methods the recessive education can play a positive role in education and make up for dominant education’s deficiency so as to promote Chinese ideological and political education work to a new stage.
