Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Ideological And Political Education Of The Police Civil Service Team

With the rapid development of China's economy since the Reform and Opening,the 4th and 5th Police Revolution come into a further period characterized by Community Intergration and Informatization.At the same time,the police system is streamlining and pursuing efficiency.As the social security situation is becoming more and more complicated,the police has to perform more duties on maintaining social stability and managing social order.For the police has no substantial increase in future,the serious shortage of police will become an important factor restricting the effective maintenance of public order and the prevention of all kinds of crimes.Some urban public security bureau tried to use clerical auxiliary police in order to further optimize the allocation of police resources,which means to hire relevant personnel from the society to provide technical support,auxiliary management and administrative services for the police.This action can liberate the police force from the paper work and strengthen the law enforcement team.The implementation of clerical auxiliary police system can improve the efficiency of police operations and optimize the police force through the effective combination of police resources.It can also ease the supply and demand contradiction and rationalize the allocation of police resources.For the reasons above,trying to establish a clerical Auxiliary police system in line with Chinese characteristics is a right path to solve the current lacking of police problem and achieve the optimal allocation of police resources in China.This paper takes the ideological and political education for clerical auxiliary police as a starting point.Through the introduction and analysis of the clerical auxiliary police team,it deems the clerical auxiliary police a “young” team,which means making them accept and keep up with the main theme of the work of public security and finding their own career orientation and sense of belonging is a new subject faced by ideological and political education.At the same time,as a new object for ideological and political education,this team brings us a new perspective and enriched the connotation of ideological and political education.To make the clerical auxiliary police playing an effective role in replacing the police force and serving the public,ensuring the purity of the team and the unity of thinking is the first.For this team,the ideological and political education should be scientific,targeted and rational.Based on the existing management system in Chongqing,This paper analyzes the problems faced by the political and ideological education of the current clerical auxiliary police team and raised suggestions and opinions on strengthening and improving political and ideological education for this team.The paper argues that the scientific management of the team should be combined with the cultivation.The paper is divided into four chapters,Chapter one describes the research object,research content and significance of this paper.Chapter two interprets the connotation,characteristics of the team and the necessity of carrying out ideological and political education.Chapter three gives an analysis of the problems and causes of ideological and political education for this team in depth.Chapter four raised targeted countermeasures on improving the political and ideological education for the team.
