Clinical Research Of Xinshenghua Oral Liquid In Treating Peri-menopausal Dysfuncitional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To observe the hemostatic effect and efficacy of TCM syndrome of Xinshenghua oral liquid in treating peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with blood stasis,investigate the possible action mechanism of Xinshenghua oral liquid,and to provide a basis for rational drug use in the clinic.Methods:70 patients of syndrome blood stasis of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into the following two groups with 35 patients each:the treatment group(Xinshenghua oral liquid) and the control group(Gongxueting granules). The two groups were administered the drugs for two weeks in order to abserve the hemostatic effect and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms improvement, Changes of content of hemoglobin(HB), platelet(PLT), prothrombin time(PT), activation partial thromboplastin time(APTT), serum calcium(Ca2+) and thickness of endometrium before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)Hemostatic efficacy: The total effective rate of treatment group was 80.00%,while in the control group,it was 77.14%.The differentces in hemostatic efficacy in the two groups were no significant(P>0.05).(2)Symptom score and Efficacy of TCM syndrome: The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.43%,while in the control group, it was 71.43%.The differentces in efficacy of TCM syndrome in the two groups were significant(P<0.01). The symptom scores of the two groups were decreased after the treatment,The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group, There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.01); The curative effect of single symptom of traditional Chinese Medicine of treatment group was better than the control group, There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).(3) Laboratory index: The hemoglobin(Hb) of the two groups were Increased after the treatment, which were significantly differences compared with the situation before the treatment(P<0.01),There were no significant differences between the groups(P>0.05). After the treatment, the treatment group has significantly differences(P<0.05)compared with before the treatment in content of serum calcium(Ca2+),prothrombin time(PT),activation partialthromboplastin time(APTT) while in the control group,there were no significant differences(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05); The two groups had no significant change in platelet(PLT) before and after treatment, there were no significant differences between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).(4)Thickness of endometrium: The thickness of endometrium of the two groups were decreased after the treatment, There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.01).Conclusions: The hemostatic effect of Xinshenghua oral liquid was obvious in treating peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with blood stasis. Xinshenghua oral liquid treatment ameliorates the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine.The mechanism of Xinshenghua oral liquid may be related to improving blood coagulation function by shortening the time of prothrombin time(PT) and activation partial thromboplastin time(APTT), and promoting uterine contraction and endometrial shedding by increasing serum calcium(Ca2+).
