The Clinical Study Of Fuxueping Granule In Treating Hemorrhagic Period Of Perimenopausal Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Blood Stasis And Caloric And Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and explore the hemostasis principle of Fuxueping Granule(FXPG)in treating perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with blood stasis and caloric and qi deficiency syndrome.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases of the treatment group using FXPG while 30 cases of the control group using Zhikang Capsule(ZKC).Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after treatment.Meanwhile the levels of the hemostasis effect,the improvements of clinical symptoms.Observing the changes of Platelet volume distribution amplitude(PDW) and Mean Platelet volume(MPV) the serum Ca2+level,6-Keto-PGF1a(6-K-PGF1a)and thromboxaneB2(TXB2)in the menstrual blood.Results: The hemoistatic effect of treament group is 93.33%,and 63.33% in control group,there is significent difference between them(P<0.05);The improvements of clinical symptoms and symptom integra are difference between them(P<0.05). After the treatment of FXPG,the level of PDW and MPV, the indexes of serum Ca2+ , TXB2 in the menstrual blood were significantly increased (P<0.05). There is significant difference between the test group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The indexes of 6-K-PGF1a in the menstrual blood and 6-K-PGF1a /TXB2 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion: FXPG is effective in treating perimenopausal anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with bloodtasis and caloric and qi deficiency syndrome. The hemostasis mechanism may be achieved through the operation of improving the level of PDW and MPV,increasing the indexes of serum ca2+ , adjusting the concentrations of PG in the menstrual blood.
