By means of a ease study, as the establishment of the "5+3" clinical medicine professional training mode, according to the established international standards for medical education, the transformation of medical model, the development of medical science, the standard of medical education and the objective requirement of the clinical medicine professional certification, the study analyses the domestic and the school of clinical medicine education by making use of such research methods as literature review, questionnaire or investigation, contrastive analysis,and builds the six kinds of modular curriculum for clinical medicine profession and the corresponding form of curriculum implementation, based upon the pioneers research findings and accomplishments in the field, and combined with the available school conditions. The six kinds of modular curriculum include public foundation course, medical humanities curriculum, biomedical courses, education courses on public health, scientific thinking and methods, basic course of clinical medicine, and clinical medicine professional courses. And the corresponding form of curriculum implementation include integrated on the organ system, three sections of interactive progressive, all-round pushing, PBL teaching, case,exploratory, discussion-based, etc.Combined with the current reform of the school teaching, the study carries on the preliminary empirical research to the new curriculum system in the aspects of self-regulated learning ability training through the questionnaire investigation. The results show that the new course system is more advantageous to cultivate students’ self-regulated learning ability than the original curriculum system. The study also finds the deficiency of training in the dimensions of self-efficacy, sense of study significance and appeal. Finally, to adjust the new curriculum system and make it more mature and perfect constantly, the study gives some suggestions such as adding course about cultivating self-efficacy, exploring the teaching method of fostering self-efficacy and improving the consciousness and the ability of the teachers in cultivating self-efficacy.
