With the development of our economy, peoples’ living standard rised gradualy. People also more and more high to the requirement of health care.But in recent years along with our eyeball is escalating medical disputes,this for medical and health cause in China has brought the huge impact, also affect the enthusiasm of the staff work. At present our country mainly divided into compiled classes all kinds of the nurse in the hospital nurses and contract system nurses, because class nurses have establishment, in social welfare,pay compensation is significantly superior to contract nurses. Although the contract nurses did the same work, but wages at a disadvantage, it stimulated the part of the contract nurses discontent, greatly increased the turnover of the contract nurses in China. The whole medical and health system in China has a serious impact. Therefore, this article focus on H hospital contract nurses job satisfaction research. Article first analyze the basic situation of contract nurses job satisfaction, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge of the influential factors of the contract to make a proper job satisfaction are elaborated, and through the empirical analysis method to explore the related factors of contract nurses job satisfaction. Finally, how to improve the H hospital contract nurses job satisfaction is discussed. For hospital administrators to improve human resources management level and ability, stable care team to provide the reference basis.
