Research purposes: This article conducts a survey and research on the job satisfaction of nurses in a tertiary A hospital.The purposes are as follows: First,to further clarify the status of nurses’ job satisfaction in this hospital,and to sort out the relevant factors that affect nurses’ job satisfaction,and to clarify the relationship between each factor The degree of the impact of nurses’ job satisfaction,and then proposes adaptive countermeasures based on various influencing factors,to provide help and support for improving the working environment and job satisfaction of hospital nurses.Secondly,this paper uses a questionnaire survey on the job satisfaction of nurses in a tertiary hospital to clarify the work situation of nurses in similar hospitals,and then provide new cases and research materials for related research.research method:This article uses the literature analysis method,Delphi method,etc.,takes the nurses of a tertiary hospital as the survey object,excludes internships,vacations,and re-employment nurses,and adopts a random stratified sampling method for the remaining nurses who have been on duty and have worked for one year.Descriptive statistical analysis is performed on the data,and the frequency and variance analysis of demographic characteristics are performed on the personal data part of the questionnaire filled out by the investigator to clarify the scores of each dimension of nurse job satisfaction.The independent sample t-test was used to compare and analyze the job satisfaction of the selected contract nurses and the staff nurses to study whether there is a significant difference between the two.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the overall situation of nurses’ job satisfaction and the overall situation of contract nurses and nurses on staff,and then obtained clear results.Research result:This study conducted a questionnaire survey on nurse job satisfaction among 405 nurses in a tertiary A hospital,and effectively retrieved 400 copies.Among the surveyed nurses,8.75%(35 people)were very satisfied with their job,and 39.75% were quite satisfied.(159 people),33.5%(134)of the nurses with a generally satisfied attitude;13.00%(52)of the nurses with a dissatisfied attitude,and 5.00%(20)of the nurses with a very dissatisfied attitude.The questionnaire was summarized and statistically analyzed,and it was learned that the factors affecting nurses’ job satisfaction include welfare benefits,shifts,balance between family and work,relationships between colleagues,social opportunities,professional development opportunities,and work being praised and recognized,Work control and responsibility,work environment safety and other 9 aspects,among which welfare benefits,professional development opportunities,job praise and recognition have a greater impact on nurses’ job satisfaction.Through Logistic regression analysis,it is further found that welfare benefits,professional development opportunities and job praise and recognition are the three factors that have a greater impact on nurses’ job satisfaction.Analysis conclusion:At present,the overall job satisfaction of nurses in this tertiary hospital is acceptable,and has not yet reached a very satisfactory level.The hospital still has a lot of room for improvement in terms of improving the work quality of nurses’ job satisfaction.Therefore,it is necessary to find the main aspects that affect the job satisfaction of nurses in the hospital,conduct targeted analysis and seek solutions.It is recommended that the hospital improve the welfare of nurses,provide nurses with more career development opportunities,and increase the opportunities for nurses to show their skills,so that nurses can be praised and recognized at work.Stabilize the team of nurses to ensure that nurses can provide patients with higher-quality nursing services and achieve better and faster development of the hospital. |
