The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Gushen Paiduye Colonic Dialysis On Renal Function And Microinflamatory Status Of Chonic Renal Flailure 1~3 Stage Patients

ObjectiveThrough investigating the clinical safety and efficacy of colonic dialysis with Gushenpaiduye on and renal function microinflammatory state in chronic renal failure 1~3stage,and explored its action mechanism.MethodsThere were 72 cases hospital patients with chronic renal failure 1~3 stage in kidney disease diagnosis and treatment center of the second people’s hospital of LanZhou in the period from 2014 December to 2016 January,According to the medical order,all patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to a random numbers table,each group have 36 cases.the control group were given standard treatment and oral Niaoduqing,the treatment group which therapy based on control group combined with colonic dialysis with Gushenpaiduye.two weeks for a period of treatment,the treatment group treated colon dialysis once every other day,both groups were observed four weeks,the researchers will statistic and analyze the changes of the two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,the total curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),Uric acid(UA),24-hour urineprotein(U-TP),CystatinC(Cys-c),hypersensitivec-reactiveprotein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),serum albumin(ALB) and so on efficacy and safety of index,and statistical analysis was conducted.Results1 Complete caseThere were 72 cases hospital patients,fell off 7 cases.65 cases actually completed the research,the treatment group have 31 cases,and the control group have 34 cases.2 General comparisonThere were no statistical significance at baseline of two groups in gender,age,primary disease, stage and the course of the disease,(P>0. 05),two groups are comparable.3 Comparison of the efficacy3.1 Comparison of the symtom scores and the curative effect of TCMThere was a significant reduction in the TCM symtom scores of patients from both the control group and the treatment group after treatment compared with the scores before treatment(P<0.05),with statistical difference;the curative effect of TCM symtom of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference.3.2 Comparison of the comprehensive therapeutic effectCompared the two groups before and after treatment,the treatment group,the total effective rate being the 87.10%;the control group,the total effective rate being the64.70%.There was significant dif anfference in total rate of effects between two groups(P<0.05),The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than the control group.4 Comparison of the renal functionThe same group ceompared bfore and after treatment,The Scr,BUN,U-TP,UA,Cys-c levels of two groups were significantly reduced;after treatment between two groups the treatment group decreased significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).The results displayed the efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).5 Comparison of the hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ALB、Hcy before and after treatment in Chronic renal failure group and control groupThe hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ALB、Hcy in colonic dialysis with herbal medicine treatment group was lower than that before treatment respectively,ALB higher than that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、Hcy levels in control group before and after treatment was compared respectively,with statistical difference(P < 0.05),after treatment,the control treatment ALB with no statistical difference(P >0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、ALB、Hcy levels of the control group and the treatment group compared respectively(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),with statistical difference,these results show that the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion1. Microinflammation exist in chronic renal failure1~3stage patients.Gushenpaiduye combined colon dialysis this treatment method can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure in the early and middle,and also have significantcurative effect in improving slightly inflammatory state,renal function and blood lipid status,improve the life quality of the patients.2. There were no obviously side effect,good safety during treatment,and low recurrence rate after treatment.3. The therapeutic mechanism of the method of Colon dialysis with Gushenpaiduye is associated with its roles of regulating immunity,inhibiting inflammation,reducing oxidative stress damage effects and improving renal function.
