| Objective: To observe the clinical result and the influence of micro-inflammation of chongcaoshenchafang on treating the patients with non-dialysis chronic renal failure (CRF).To investigate the mechanism and the curative effect of chongcaoshen chafang and provide the scientific basis for its clinic application.Methods: To select 44 patients with non-dialysis CRF fitting for CRF criterion and divide into 2 groups. Each group is 22 cases. On the basis of necessary treatment, patients of treatment group took the Chongcaoshenchafang and control group took the Niaoduqing Granule. Therapeutic effect was observed 3 months. To register the treatment fore-and-aft quantification scores of the symptoms in Chinese medicine for the main clinical symptoms of patients. Inspect the changes of BUN,Scr,Ccr,Hb,RBC,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and other index and analyze the data by the statistics.Results: 1.The total effective rate and the effect of clinical symptoms of treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.The treatment group could improve the patients clinical symptoms, decrease the clinical symptom integral and Scr of patients of CRF declined while Ccr raised. The effect was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.The treatment group could delay the estate of the micro-inflammation, decrease the level of CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and the effects were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chongcaoshenchafang could improve the clinical symptoms and delay the estate of the micro-inflammation, protect remaining nephron, reduce the incidents of uraemia, improve the quality of life for patients accompanied with CRF in evidence. |
