Clinical Observation Of The Effection Of Yinhuangjiangdai Compound Combined Colon Dialysis For Chronic Renal Failure And Inflammatory State

Purpose：This study monitors the changes of the symptoms and laboratory index thatare related to the early and middle Chronic renal failure patients before and aftertreatment,to observe yinhuangjiangdan compound combined colon dialysis’s effection inthe early and middle Chronic renal failure and inflammatory state.Methods：To gather60patients with chronic renal failure patients inⅠ-Ⅲperiod, allcases were clinic and hospital patients with chronic renal failure in kidney diseasediagnosis and treatment center of the second affiliated hospital of Shandong University ofChinese Medicine in November2011to January2013,According to the medical order, allpatients wer randomly devided into experimental group and control group, each grouphave30cases. Both groups were given the same basic treatment,Such as low protein withhigh quality, low phosphorus, high quantity of heat diet, take the necessary intervention forblood pressure, blood sugar, take timely symptomatic treatment for combination of heartfunction failure, infection, metabolic acidosis, hyperkalemia, and both groups were oraledthe Haikunshenxi capsule,and so on.The experimental group were treated withyinhuangjiangdan compound combined colon dialysis,the control group will not be enemaintervention.The experimental group treated colon dialysis every Monday, Wednesday,Friday or Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday, two weeks for a period of treatment, both groupswere observed four period of treatments.The laboratory parameters,such as blood ureanitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr),hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP),and so on,were observed before and aftertreatment.At the time,we also observed the change of hemoglobin (Hb), serum albumin(propagated), red blood cell (RBC) and parathyroid hormone (iPTH) blood, blood calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), urine osmotic pressure and urine trace albumin/creatinine (urinaryACR) and the change of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Results：After the treatment, the experimental group and control group improvedclinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failure’s total effective raterespectivelywere90.0%and73.3%,by the statistical test,P=0.019<0.05,the difference wasprominent,the experimental group are significantly better than the control group.Theexperimental group are significantly better than the control group in improving renalfunction,slightly inflammatory state,clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion:Yinhuangjiangdan compound combined colon dialysis this treatmentmethod can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic renal failureinthe early and middle,and also have significant curative effect in improving slightlyinflammatory state,renal function and nutritional status.
