Patient conflicts gradually deepening in recent years become the focus and difficult issue of public concern. Because of tense doctor-patient relationship, making a large number of violent incidents with medical institutions and medical staff as an object increased dramatically, whether it is or is medical institutions medical staff itself, are facing unprecedented risks and responsibilities. Increasingly frequent medical disputes and harm not only violated the legitimate rights and interests of the patient, but also seriously dampened the enthusiasm of the medical staff, the corrosion of the solid foundation of mutual trust between doctors and patients, hinders efforts to explore and develop the process of medical science. How to deal with medical disputes more reasonable question, so health authorities and medical institutions, more than a headache, is also stuck in the throat of both doctors and patients can not afford to pull a thorn and difficult to swallow. According to the China Consumers Association statistics, there are a lot of complaints involving patients each year require hospitals to compensation-related cases, and a surprising number, basic can stand the first three positions. Medical disputes complicated, very difficult, from all aspects of the country has become all levels of hospitals, health administrative agencies, medical personnel and other patients have overwhelmed even the issue, but also the court found it difficult to grasp the difficulties. It can be said, how to properly resolve medical disputes build a harmonious society has become a major influencing factors. Therefore, the urgent need to carefully research and find the appropriate solution.In this paper, a top three hospital, for example, analyze the situation of medical dispute. First of all, the first chapter of the patient disputes background and development of the doctor-patient relationship will be introduced to related concepts are identified and described. The second chapter analyzes the reasons by multiple levels of medical dispute occurs, the anatomy of the root causes of doctor-patient relations. The third chapter of a hospital in 2009- 2014 cases of medical dispute complaint as a sample, to understand the distribution of the hospital patient disputes. And with experts through questionnaires, interviews, etc. managers dispute the data hospitals statistical analysis to identify the characteristics of the hospital and the main reason for disputes between doctors and patients, and both doctors and patients view of the relevant circumstances. The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons medical dispute occurs, the key issues and the main way how to systematically control the occurrence of disputes, etc., followed by a study of the phenomenon to the essence of the idea, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
