Clinical Research Of Blocking Antibody-Negative Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion By The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective:By researching the clinical efficacy of the method"Invigorating the Kidney and Regulating Menstruation Cycles" on blocking antibody-negative recurrent spontaneous abor tion and investigating its mechanism of action to provide basis for further clinical popula rization and application.Methods:30 patients who conform to the selection criteria and belong to the type of spl een and kidney deficiency are selected to take traditional Chinese medicine on invigoratin g kidney to regulate menstrual cycle.We Set 3 months as a treatment course and implem ent 2 courses. Observe:(1) the improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment;(2) the v ariation of blocking antibody in serum after treatment;(3) the serum level of Th1 (IL-8) 、Th2 (IL-6) cytokines and Th1 (IL-8)/Th2 (IL-6) post cure;(4)The patient’s pregnant outcome after treatment.Results:1.The method of regulating menstrual cycle by tonifying the kidney can not only imp rove the clinical symptoms of patients, but also advance the expression rate of anti-CD3-BE、anti-CD8-BE in serum.But it has no obvious effect on anti-CD4-BE level.In additio n,it can lower levels of IL-8 and IL-8/IL-6 but increase the level of IL-6.The above com parisons between pre and post treatment all exhibit statistical significance.(P<0.05)2.After two period of treatment, among those 30 patients,there are 7 patients getting pregnant and 6 achieving success.Only 1 person miscarries again.The total achievement ra tes is 85.7%.3.Among 30 patients,6 womem turn well-healed,accounting for 20%.17 womem get m arked improvement,accounting for 60%.5 people have effects,accounting for 16.7%.The t otel effective rate is 96.7%.Conclusion:The method of Invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles ha s an exact effect on treating blocking antibody-negative recurrent spontaneous abortion.It has dual regulatory function on human immune system. It can not only promote anti-C D3-BE and anti-CD8-BE to be positive,but also reduce the Thl type cytokines,increase the Th2 type cytokines and balance the ratio of Thl/Th2.Thereby establishing the matern al-fetal immune tolerance.This therapy can markedly improve patients’ symptoms of splee n kidney empty and better the pregnancy outcome. So,it has broad application prospect in treating unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
