A Clinical Research Of Anzi Decoction Treating Recurrent Abortion Induced By Blocking Antibody Deficiency

Objective:Through detecting the serum blocking antibody level of patients who had recurrent abortion induced by blocking antibody deficiency before and after treatment of An Zi decoction,to observe the clinical efficacy of the decoction and to investigate its mechanism.Method:60patients were selected and devided into treatment group and control group randomly.The treatment group took the An Zi decoction, while the control group received the active immunotherapy of lymphocytes injection subcutaeously.Setting3months as a course of treatment, then observe the improvement of clinical symptoms and detect the serum level difference.Results:(1) The blocking efficiency of blocking antibody:The anti-CD3-BE and anti-CD4-BE of both groups had statistical significance before and after treatment compared respectively,while the anti-CD8-BE hadn’t.Compared between the two groups after treatment, none of the3value had statistical significance. Serum blocking antibody level:The two groups had no significant difference in positive conversion.(2) Symptom scores:Comparing the before and after treatment value respectively,the two groups both had statistical significance.While comparing between the two groups,the symptoms of the waist and knees,dizziness,tinnitus, menstrual symptoms and color quality and total scores had statistical significance.Meanwhile,the symptoms of insomnia, upset,xerostomia and the changes of tongue had no statistical significance.(3) For the comprehensive curative effect:Cure rate in the treatment group is16.67%, with significant efficiency for30.00%,with efficiency for40.00%, and the total effective rate account for86.67%.For the control group, cure rate is13.33%,23.33%for significant efficiency and43.33%for efficiency, and the total effective rate is80.00%. The clinical comprehensive therapeutic effects between the two groups had no statistical significance.Conclusion:An Zi decoction can improve the spleen and kidney weakness symptom and heat and stasis in blood syndrome,moreover,it can improve the blocking antibody level of RSA patients,promote the antibody to be positive, and there were no difference between the control group.
