Korean Hospitalized Patients With Hypertension Treatment Adherence And Social Support,Self-Efficacy Correlation Studies

Objectives:Learn Korean treatment adherence hospitalized patients with high blood pressure, the levels of social support and self-efficacy and its influence factors; Clear the Korean hospitalized patients with high blood pressure treatment adherence, social support and self-efficacy in the general differences of demographic variables; An analysis of Korean nationality hypertension treatment adherence in hospitalized patients and the con-elation between social support and self-efficacy.Methods:This study belongs to the experimental study of the correlation research. Select Yanbian University Hospital Cardiovascular internal medicine、neurology and the second people’s hospital of cardiovascular internal medicine of kanji city、neurology the Korean hospitalized patients with high blood pressure as the research object. The use of research tools general demographic information、TASHP、SSRS、HSES of the questionnaire. All data are using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for data collection, analysis effectively. Using frequency, mean, standard deviation, percentage descriptive analysis was carried out on the general information hospitalized patients with high blood pressure; Using T test and single factor variance analysis, of hospitalized patients with high blood pressure general demographic information and treatment adherence, social support and self-efficacy score and each dimension score were analyzed; In social support score and each dimension(subjective support, objective support, support utilization degree) total score and Self-efficacy scores and each dimension(Daily life, health behavior, medicine and medical behavior) scores for the independent variable, treatment adherence scores and each dimension score as the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis, explore the influence factors of treatment adherence for.Results:(1)The survey,392 people, Mostly in the hypertensive population aged over 60, accounting for (28.1%) of the total population; men (58.9%); Living in the city accounted for (72.5%); married accounted for (73.1%; Technical secondary school/senior high school (38.2%); urban health care patients (68.6%); Course of the disease in 1-3 years accounted for (38.2%)(2)392 cases of Korean nationality hypertension patients in hospital treatment adherence to total scores 83.05±11.55, among them according to the medical behavior, bad behavior, management behavior, alcohol, tobacco, hobby, daily life behavior score respectively 17.93±3.29、-0.98±1.96、 34.43±6.46、6.91±2.24.(3)392 cases of Korean nationality hypertension patients in hospital total score for social support 40.07±7.205, among them objective support, subjective support and exploitation degree of support score respectively 12.06±3.23、21.08±4.16、6.93±1.95.(4)392 cases of Korean nationality hypertension patients in hospital self-efficacy scores for 39.50±6.98, of daily life, health behaviors, drug therapy, depending on the therapeutic behavior score respectively 10.30±2.17、7.43±1.89、10.97±2.31 and 10.81±2.39.(5)Single factor analysis showed that:Social support in residence, age, cultural degree, marital status, medical payments has obvious difference; Self-efficacy in residence, culture degree, medical payment, duration time have obvious difference; Treatment adherence in gender, age, course of time, place of residence have obvious difference.(6)Multiple factors analysis showed that:Self-efficacy, medication, social support, objective support into the regression model, can explain hypertension treatment adherence in patients with 24.7% of the total variation.Conclusions:1.Korean hospital patients with high blood pressure of social support are medium level; Self-efficacy level is higher, the healthy behavior is best, worst daily life behavior; Treatment adherence level in the medium state, daily life management behavior is best, tobacco and alcohol hobby worst management behavior.2.Korean hospitalized patients with elevated blood pressure levels of social support and self-efficacy was positively associated with treatment compliance, the higher the social support and self-efficacy level, treatment compliance behavior, the better.
