Survey On Reproductive Health Knowledge Among Female College Students In Nanning

Analysis showed:(1) Female students reproductive health status:female students in this survey,30.10 percent had been expressed through the reproductive system infection,9.70% said they had a history of chronic pelvic pain,42.97% expressed increased vaginal discharge, vaginal odor, etc., menstrual cycle represents 77.97%; 50.49% of people had a history of dysmenorrhea, Medical students and non-medical students, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05);(2) Nanning reproductive health of female College students knowledge to understand the situation:female students overall cognitive level of reproductive health knowledge is not high, little difference reproductive health knowledge and junior high school female students, female students of Medicine has a good knowledge of reproductive health awareness, reproductive master health knowledge than non-medical female college students, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);(3) The attitude of female college students related to reproductive health:female college students on the dangers of abortion have a higher awareness,77.97% of female students that abortion on women’s physical and mental impact,85.39 percent of female students that abortion after pregnancy for women affected, but female students are more open attitude,53.54% female students accept female students having sex;(4) Female Students sexuality and contraception:the survey of female college students having sex was 17.01%, senior female students are having sex ratio 20.69% higher than the low-grade female students 12.15%, the difference was statistically significance (P<0.05); non-medical female college students are having sex ratio than female students Medicine higher, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05),57.05% of female students in first sexual activity to take contraceptive measures have been taken only when 20.51 percent of people each sex contraception, when sex had taken contraceptive measures, the top three were 77.56% condoms, oral contraceptives 37.82% rhythm 35.90%;(5) Female students reproductive health education needs: 91.93% of people think the need for reproductive health programs for female students at the University, female students most want to get the contents of reproductive health knowledge in the order of the top three sexual health 77.97%, contraceptive knowledge 73.94%, STD prevention knowledge 65.21%, female students access to reproductive health knowledge favorite way to the top three were:network 61.94%, seminars 59.87%, newspapers and magazines 50.92%.Conclusion:Nanning Female College reproductive health is not optimistic, facing a considerable number of university students and dysmenorrhea reproductive infections distress. For reproductive health knowledge, Medicine students than non-medical students have a better understanding. Female college students are more open attitude. Nanning female students at school sex ratio is not high, take up contraception during sex is a condom. Students want to get the most:knowledge of sexual health, contraception, prevention of sexually transmitted diseases and other aspects; networks, lectures, newspapers and magazines is the main way college students learn knowledge of reproductive health.
