Objects: To understand the present self-perceived burden 、the depression and the quality of life in female breast cancer patients, and explore the relationship among the self-perceived burden, depression and quality of life in the female breast cancer patients,so as to provide reference to nurse female breast cancer patients systematic and improve the quality of life, as well as provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and intervention measures. Methods By completely random sampling,220 female breast cancer patients from The Breast Center of a Three-level Tumor Hospital were selected.Using self-made general questionnaire to gather general information of patients, SPBS,SDS and FACT-G to evaluate the patient’s level of self-perceived burden, depression and quality of life.Used SPSS18.0 to make statistical analysis. Research methods include descriptive analysis, Kruskal-wallis H test, single factor analysis,Hierarchical regression analysis,Correlation analysis etc. Results 1. Recycling effective questionnaire 220 in this research, the research object with an average age of(48.93±9.40),From the total score of the Self-Perceived burden of breast cancer patients,26.36% patients felt inthe low-grade to burden,46.36% patients felt in the medium to burden, and 21.82% patients felt in the severe to burden; The average level of total score of the Self-Perceived burden was(31.82±8.41),Physical factors dimension average score was(6.35±2.14),economic factors dimension average score was(5.28±2.52),Emotional factors dimension average score was(19.98±5.37). 2. 42.73% of patients have obvious depressive symptoms of the patients, 64(29.09%) patients with mild depression, 26(11.82%) with oderate depression, 4(1.82%) with severe depression depression, and the average is(51.03± 9.14), psychotic emotional symptom scores(5.63±2.06), the body disorder scores(19.75±6.61), psychomotor disorders scores(5.75 ±2.16), psychological barriers of depression scores(19.85 ±4.49). 3.The quality of life score for patient were(75.00 ± 15.57), body condition scoring(20.65± 4.55), social/family score(20.75 ± 4.36), emotional state score(17.15±4.24), functional status score(16.44 ±5.95). 4. Single factor analysis showed that age, occupational status, cultural level, treatment and life self-care ability was statistically difference in total score of the Self-Perceived burden( P<0.05),multiple linear regression analysis showed that SPB can explain28.3% by the independent variable(level of education, occupational status, livingself-care ability), Further, according to the results of hierarchical regression analysis.SPB can be generally demographic factors of cultural degree, life self-care ability, depression, level and quality of life joint explains 59.1% of variation. 5. There was the basic positively correlated relationship between SPB total score and each dimension score levels and depression scores and each dimension. the correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB total score and depression and each dimension score were 0.567, 0.313, 0306,0.398, 0.471;The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB physical factor dimension scores and depression and each dimension score were 0.510, 0.319, 0.285, 0.368, 0.402;The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB economic factors and depression and each dimension score were 0.513, 0.296, 0.338, 0.348, 0.384;The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB emotional dimension scores with depression scores and psychotic emotional symptoms, psychomotor disorders, psychological disorders of depression scores were 0.321, 0.193, 0.300, 0.280, and the SPB emotion dimension score had no correlation with body disorders;SPB total scores and each dimension score and quality of life and the section scores are negatively correlated,The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB total score and total score of the quality of life and the plate(health, social and family status, emotional state, functional status) score were- 0.596,-0.561,-0.409,-0.463,-0.546.The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB body factor dimension score and thequality of life and section scores were-0.619,-0.547,-0.460,-0.570,-0.504;The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB economic factor dimension score and the quality of life and section scores were-0.526,-0.533,-0.355,-0.320,-0.478;The correlation coefficient ‘r’ of SPB emotional dimension score and the quality of life and section scores were-0.587,-0.506,-0.433,-0.538,-0.499.Conclusions 1. The Self-Perceived burden to female breast cancer patients were widespread and the average level of the Self-Perceived burden was in moderate level. And the average depression score of the patients were higher than domestic norm, and the quality of life score lower than domestic norm. 2. The cultural degree, life self-care ability, depression, the quality of life are the significant predictors of SPB of female breast cancer patients. 3. SPB and depression were positively correlated; SPB and the quality of life were negatively correlated.
