Hypertension has become one of the three major chronic diseases in China, high morbidity and mortality, low treatment rate, and the control rate of hypertension is below 10%. Currently accepted treatment of primary hypertension patients mainly by Irregular outpatient visiting and long extramural hospital drug treatment mode, the control effect is not optimistic. This study with emerging mobile remote dynamic blood pressure monitoring platform outside the hospital treatment of blood pressure of patients with hypertension were evaluated, aimed to investigate the effect on hypertension hospital management control so as to evaluate the hospital with hypertension management service model might be based on the mode of the mobile medical blood pressure management model. Objective:To evaluate the mobile remote dynamic blood pressure monitoring blood pressure intervention of blood pressure control effect and during antihypertensive treatment compliance, treatment and doctor-patient interaction situation, to explore the value of clinical application of remote mobile ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and management models of treatment of hypertension model based on.Methods:Sixty six cases of patients with primary hypertension and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were treated as the observation group. With reference to the observed group of patients with basic data and in cardiovascular clinic had recently visited and accept outside the hospital were better in patients with hypertension, the selection and observation of sixty six cases of hypertensive patients with hypertension group with gender, age, BMI, history of similar as control group, further for a period of 6 weeks of follow-up hypertension treatment were observed. Results:Two groups of patients with hypertension, general information equilibrium test results showed that based on two groups of patients with hypertension, general information without significant difference (P> 0.5), two groups of blood pressure control effect had significant difference, systolic and diastolic blood pressure drop were statistically significant (P< 0.05). At the same time, in the observation group, the compliance rate was significantly higher than that in the control group. From antihypertensive therapy compliance analysis, in terms of the quit smoking, limit alcohol compared the two groups no significant differences in the observation group patients to take medicine on time, measuring blood pressure on time, timely feedback condition, for regular exercise and salt restriction on significant differences, with statistical significance (P< 0.05).Analysis of antihypertensive therapy in the treatment of display:observation group treatment process for the number of adjustment of drug was significantly higher than that of the control group, antihypertensive treatment is ineffective or increase the number of patients with hypertension was significantly lower than that of the control group, the variance in the data with statistical significance (P< 0.05), and the combined use of drugs and treatment for adverse reactions, two groups of control statistics, there was no significant difference. The observation group in the 1 st week-2nd week, the 3rd week-4th week and the 5th week-6th week three stages of observation showed:the ranged from the 1st week-2nd week of hypertension patients to monitor the number of times and the number of interaction are more concentrated, the 3rd week-4th week or the 5th week-6th week of the number of times less, the difference is significant statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The use of mobile remote ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and management means for outside of hospital management in the treatment of hypertension compared with the traditional mode, can achieve better therapeutic effect of antihypertensive drugs, outside the hospital hypertension patients blood pressure control compliance rate significantly increased. Patients who were treated with higher compliance, and more effective in the treatment of patients. Can be in a relatively short period of time to develop a good lifestyle habits of the patients. |
