Clinical Research Of TST Combined With Polyoxyethylene Laurel Alcohol Ether Injection In The Treatment Of Prolapsed Internal Hemorrhoids

Objective:To explore the feasibility of polyoxyethylene laurel alcohol ether injection as the supplemental therapy after TST operation through the curative effect comparison between TST combined with polyoxyethylene laurel alcohol ether injection and TST operation in the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids.Methods:On the basis of voluntary to participate in this study, patients included in the standard voluntarily choose to accept TST combined with polyoxyethylene laurel alcohol ether injection and the treatment of simple TST operation.31 cases of TST combined with polyoxyethylene laurel alcohol ether injection treatment were selected as therapy group and 31 cases of TST operation were control group. Testing data under the premise of comparable in both groups, comparatively analyzed the effect of two groups from total effective rate, postoperative prolapse, bleeding; intraoperative bleeding, duration of surgery, postoperative pain, urination, defecation, edema, and anus function etc.Results:Two groups of postoperative total effective rate was 100%. Therapy group showed statistical significance in the first five months of postoperative bleeding,2-10 days of postoperative prolapse improvement, first five months of postoperative prolapse improvement (P<0.05).The two groups showed no significant difference in 2-10 days of postoperative bleeding, intraoperative bleeding, duration of surgery, postoperative pain, urination, defecation, edema, anus function and hospital stay (P>0.05). The total cost of therapy group was slightly higher because of polyoxyethylene laurel alcohol ether injection.Conclusion:TST combined with polyoxyethylene laurel alcohol ether injection for prolapsed internal hemorrhoids showed advantages in bleeding and prolapse improvement, it had less blood loss, shorter surgical duration, less postoperative pain, uroschesis, dysporia, edema, and anal dysfunction, but was more expensive. It is a effective and individualized minimally invasive surgical method for prolapsed internal hemorrhoids.
