Purpose：InordertoobservetheClinicalcurativeeffect，usingthetreatmentof loop ligature surgery and surgery of XiaoZhiLing injection combined.Material and method：According to a randomized, controlled trial designprinciples, the second and the third phase of internal hemorrhoids in60hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Surgical approach，the treatment group of30patients，is the loop ligature surgery and theXiaoZhiLing injection combined.The treatment，the control group of30patients，is with traditional hemorrhoids ligation surgery and XiaoZhiLing injectionsurgery. To observe the postoperative pain (VAS score), the postoperativebleeding score, the recovery time and the cure rate.Results：1.Treatment group and control group a total of60patients were recovered anddischarged. But the treatment group’s VSA score in every time point are alllower than the control group（P<0.05）,so it has statistical significance. Itindicates that the therapeutic results of the treatment group are superior tothat of the control group.2.Treatment group in reducing postoperative bleeding score than the controlgroup（P<0.05）,Statistically significant.3.Treatment group in recovery time were lower than the control group（P<0.05）,Statistically significant too.4.The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group is100%.Conclusion：1.The method, the loop ligature surgery and XiaoZhiLing injection combined，has obvious clinical effect in reducing postoperative pain degree.2.The method of the Loop ligature surgery and XiaoZhiLing injection combined has clinical effect in reducing postoperative bleeding.3.The method, the loop ligature surgery and XiaoZhiLing injection combined,hassignificant clinical effect，in shorting the recovery time.4. Both surgical methods，the method of the Loop ligature surgery and XiaoZhiLinginjection combined，the traditional hemorrhoids ligation surgery and XiaoZhiLinginjection combined，can cure Ⅱ,Ⅲ stage of hemorrhoids.
