Observation Of Meiqing Decoction In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of the Meiqing decoction in treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome,and also the change of pepsinogen level were observed before and after treatment.Methods:100 patients which were diagnosed as Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome were randomly and evenly divided into treatment group(the group of taking Meiqing decoction) and control group(the group of taking Weifuchun Pill).After one year,we recorded the sings and symptoms、endoscopic、pathology and pepsinogen level before and after the treatment,at last we used statistical software to analysis the results.Results:1.Curative effect of sings and symptoms:the dull ache and pricking of stomach、fullness, fatigue, deficiency of qi of the treatment group improved significantly (p<0.01),the anorexia of treatment group improved (p<0.05), The curative effects were better than the control group,There was no significant improvement on acid regurgitation of the two groups.2.Endoscopic effect:The improvement of gastric mucosa in treatment group was significant better than that in control group.3.Curative effect of pathology:The treatment group are better than the control group in improving atrophy and intestinal metaplasia (p<0.05), although the number of specimens dysplasia is not much, but we can still see that the effect is better than the control group (p<0.05).4.Effect of increased secretion of pepsinogen:although the two groups were all increased,The scope of treatment group was larger than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:The result display that Meiqing decoction have better effects than Weifuchun Pill on sings and symptoms、endoscopic, pathology and increasing secretion of pepsinogen,it has good curative effect to CAG with QI-deficiency and Blood-stasis syndrome.By consulting the relevant literature, it is found that the mechanism of action may be related to the following factors:the prevention of precancerous lesions and reducing the risk of CAG to cancer,improving blood circulation and promoting cell self repair, promoting the secretion of gastric juice, improving the body immunity,antibacterial effects on a variety of pathogenic bacteria such as:bacillus coli and Hp.
