| Objective Comparison of Sijun Huoxue Quyu Decoction with gastric complex(36cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)differences in the efficacy and chronic atrophic gastritis patients to provide better treatment options.Methods Oral decoction,4#/randomly selected 60 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with Replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen,promoting blood circulation and detoxifying stomach Fu-chun piece and symptomatic treatment,3 times/day,the treatment group was treated with formula for Angelica 10g;tangerine peel 5g,red peony root 12g,Radix Codonopsis 12g,tuckahoe 10g,fried Atractylodes 10g,licorice 5g,Danshen 15g,dandelion 12g,zedoary turmeric 10g,Yuanhu 15g,Shixiaosan 20g Sijun Huoxue Quyu decoction,water,1,2 times,treatment time were 16 weeks;16 weeks after gastroscopy,gastroscopic observation pathological atrophy or intestinal rehabilitation.Using SPSS 19.0 statistics software to deal with.Measurement data were compared between the groups using tTest Paired-Samples,within the treatment group compared with t Test Independent-Samples;non parametric statistics using Test Ridit.Results After 16 weeks of treatment,the treatment group were cured 12 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective 8 cases,invalid 2 cases,total effective rate 93.33%;control group,9 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,7 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.66%.The efficacy of the two groups by chi square test was significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group after 16 weeks.In the TCM syndrome symptoms change,after 16 weeks of treatment,treatment group,the clinical 13 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,93.33%;control group,clinical cure in 10 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective,76.66%efficiency.The efficacy of the two groups by chi square test was significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)after 16 weeks treatment.Conclusion Of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic atrophic gastritis patients,4 Jun Huoxue Quyu Decoction with gastric Fu Chun is more effective to promote atrophy and intestinal metaplasia better bloating,abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms,suggesting that TCM has certain advantages in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and less toxic and side effects. |
