Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of The Joint Use Of Shu Gan Jian Pi Decoction And Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Liver Stangation And Spleen Defieiency

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of basing on the mainly use of Shu Gan Jian Pi decoction with Western Medicine in the treatment of Functional dyspepsia of liver stangation and spleen defieiency. Comparing with purely western medicine treatment, this observation could analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the FD in clinical treatment.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study, 64 patients who met the requirements were included into observation. Then they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was treated by Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules, MosaprideCitrateDispersibleTablets, Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets following the description. The treatment group was added Shu Gan Jian Pi decoction based on the treatment of control group and varies the composition with syndrome. The course of treatment lasts 8 weeks. After that, observing before and after treatment of two groups of clinical sign integral and FDDQL integral to evaluate clinical curative effectoAll the data was analyzed and counted up by SPSS17.0.ResultsA total of 60 patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type FD completed the clinical observation. Compared before and after treatment, symptom integral decreasing of treatment group was-7.200±2.188, t=18.026, P=0.000, scale scores decreasing was 20.687±8.856, t=-12.795, P=0.000, it means treatment group was effective(P<0.01). Compared before and after treatment, symptom integral decreasing of control group was -6.333±2.523, t=13.747, P=0.000, scale scores decreasing was 15.063±9.579, t=-8.612, P=0.000, it means control group was effective(P<0.01). After the treatment, scale scores of treatment group was 2.167±1.341. However, the control group was 3.200±1.690, t=-2.624, P=0.011, it had obvious difference to the control (P<0.05). After the treatment, symptom integral of treatment group was 85.833±6.656. However, the control group was 82.083±7.475, t=2.052, P=0.045, it had obvious difference to the control (P<0.05). The result difference showed that the improvement in symptoms of the treatment group was much better than that of the control group(P>0.05). After treatment, there are 4 patients in treatment group being clinically cured. Besides,18 patients got highly effective treatment and 8 patients were effectively treated. The total effective rate of treatment group was 100%. By comparison, there are 2 patients in control group being clinically cure.11 patients got highly effective treatment and 16 patients were effectively treated. However, there is a patient of control group feeling ineffective treatment. The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%. Z=2.331, P=0.010, there is obvious difference between treatment group and control group. In conclusion, the clinical symptoms and efficacy of treatment group were better than that of control group.ConclusionThe combination of Shu Gan Jian Pi decoction and Western Medicine in the treatment of Functional dyspepsia could significantly improve the clinical symptoms and living quality of patients. It is of greater effect over western medicine only.
