[Objective] Through understanding of urban-rural fringe maternal immunization knowledge, attitude, behavior, and demand situation, to analyzed its influence factors and exported of education mode to the health of maternal immunization, enhance maternal consciousness of maternal immunization knowledge actively, to raise the level of childhood immunizations, in order to promote children’s vaccination work provides the basis.[Methods] By adopting the method of cluster random selection of Guangxi Nanning urban-rural integration area two institutes of maternity clinic, questionnaire survey was conducted in 300 pregnant women, questionnaire survey was conducted on 280 puerpera, all objects was random. According to the standard questionnaire to rate of pregnant women and puerpera, application EpiData3.1 and SPSS17.0 statistical software for data entry and analysis.[Results] (1) According to the standard rate of pregnant women and puerpera cognitive, total 17 points, to separate each questionnaire. Pregnant women and puerpera knowledge of inoculation against the average score was (9.31 ± 2.88) points. Pregnant women vaccination knowledge scores is (8.91±2.88), Maternal immunization knowledge average scores is (9.73±2.82). Need shots in addition to the "birth", "shall be made after the birth of the vaccination certificate" and "kindergarten entrance examination vaccination certificate" three national immunization planning and policy issues of awareness is high, but at this tow side that "playing a shot can get lifelong immunity" And "vaccine is a national mandatory state plan for immunization against free" we got the lower sores, The knowledge of respectively 19.83% and 40.17%.(2) The single factor analysis results as the investigation object is during Pregnant women and puerperal and cultural level of maternal immunization knowledge about conditions this difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(3) Multiple factors analysis of variance is that respondents during Pregnant women and puerpera, gestational age, marital status, and degree affected the maternal immunization knowledge score.(4) Attitude to vaccination, analysis the reason for the vaccination behavior recognition is not high mainly has three aspects:11.03% of pregnant women and puerpera choice of the vaccine by child sex,25.34% of pregnant women and puerpera think only country free vaccine is enough,46.37% of pregnant women and puerpera received text messages to remind children playing a shot time, will think is fraud. The influence factors of affecting the pregnant women and puerpera attitude to vaccination were analyzed, and the analytical results show that between pregnant women and puerpera,age, marital status, occupation, income, and living nature, cultural degree, whether to participate in the mother, whether they will participate in pregnant women school class of no difference influence on maternal immunization attitude.(5) Maternal health (69.42%) and inoculation doctor (62.78%) as the main approach to understand the immunization information, through feiends or relatives, media propaganda and the initiative consulting the way to learn about the power of immunization information is less, respectively 24.95%,23.74% and 30.18%.XADXZ [Conclusions] Pregnant women and puerpera awareness of common knowledge about vaccination is low; Both women during pregnancy and postpartum women, gestational age, marital status, and degree of cultural factors on maternal immunization knowledge score has a certain influence; In the pregnant and parturient women understand single immunization information channel, and the recognition of the vaccination behavior is not high. |
