This article mainly studies the medicine theory of qi-wei in Huang Di Nei Jing.Including the four qi,five flavors,the consistency of qi and flavor,the relationship between qi-wei and four-way(ascending,descending,floating,sinking),and the relationship between qi-wei,bias and toxicity,etc.Qi-wei,also known as four qi and five flavors,is the most central concept of traditional Chinese medicine,and is also a classic exposition of Neijing on medicine theory.The purpose of this study is to revisit the original meaning and essence of qi in Neijing,as well as the internal relations between qi and four-way,bias,toxicity and efficacy.To clarify the origin of the theory of the qi in the medicine,as well as to solve the existence of a variety of five flavors and the corresponding relationship between the dubious question.And it will be of great significance.Based on the ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts and using the theories and methods of Yi-ology,this paper presents the representative concepts of Yin and Yang,Five Elements,Unity of Nature and Man,unity of all things and so on.It is to re-discover and interpret the theories of medicine of four qi and five flavors,four-way,functional indications,and its clinical application,.Especially on the discussion and combing of the sweet desire supplement diarrhea of the five organs,put forward the Ti-yong ascend-descend of the five flavors.That is,an organ with two flavors of the affiliations,the fundamental reason is that an organ yin and yang with both sexes.And the Ben-ti and Ben-wei of the five organs are unique,fixed,and its Yong-flavor can varied.The reason of the five organs and the five flavors have multiple affiliations is due to the different angles of argument and the multiple effects each has.
