Objective:"Health is the foundation of happiness", good lifestyle behaviors can improve personal health status, this study is to explore the present situation and the influencing factors of health self-management behaviors of community residents, using the theory of planned behavior and self-efficacy theory to build the influencing factors model of health self-management behaviors and verify it, it’s based on understanding the present situation and analyzing the different behaviors among different groups. Use this model to analyze the influencing factors of behavior in order to guide residents in managing their health in a better way and provide theoretical basis and empirical evidence for promoting healthy behaviors.Methods:(1) On the basis of the literature reviewing to sum up the influencing factors of community resident health self-managed behavior and put forward the hypothesis;(2)By quoting from a maturity scale, consulting the experts and discussing with focus group to design a questionnaire for the study;(3)Hangzhou as the research site and the community residents as the research object, adopting the method of stratified random sampling to distribute 620 questionnaires;(4)SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze to the collected data by descriptive and difference analysis, using AMOS21.0 to put forward the model-fitting analysis of influencing factors and verify the hypothesis.Results:(1)591 valid questionnaires were recovered, valid return rate was 95.32%, the ratio between male and female is moderate, the given cultural degrees are almost based on college and university, Hangzhou community residents health self-management behavior score was 45.80±8.25;(2)The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good, but there were a few entries in the subscale of adult health self-management behavior was displayed in this survey that needs to be improved structurally;(3)Marital status, age, education, occupation, living conditions, work experience and a monthly income are the influencing factors of the health self-management behaviors, there was also a correlation between health self-management behaviors and health status of community residents;(4)The community residents health self-management behavior influencing factors model was built by the theory of planned behavior, the fitting degree of the model is good,and the positive attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, behavioral intention of community residents in response to effect behavioral intention to self-management behaviors were 0.040,0.024,0.219,0.091, and perceived behavioral control was the most important factor;(5)Effects of self-efficacy for the behavioral intention and the behavior of health self-management were 0.637,0.282.Conclusion:The health self-management behavior of community residents is affected by the factors such as population sociology, health status; the perceived behavior control and self-efficacy have a direct impact on self-management behavior. More attention should be paid to health behavior in the psychological research perspective, individuals and institutions should work together to change the attitude of behavior in order to enhance the residents’ health self-management ability, establishing the social support environment, strengthening the sense of self-efficacy, cultivating the healthy behavior and lifestyles.
