Research On The Effect Of HAART On Yili Region And The Influencing Factors In 2013-2015

Objectives:To comprehensively grasp the effect of HAART and influencing factors in Yili region, to understand basic information, clinical features, the immune basis,compliance, treatment and follow-up of side effects, treatment discontinuation and related reasons; in order to prolong life expectancy, improve the quality of survival, to develop more reasonable treatment and provide a scientific basis for controlling the spread of HIV/AIDS. Methods:Through a survey to treatment situation of 618 cases of people living with HIV who began to antiviral treatment and still in the treatment in the nation from 2013 to 2015, at the same time use AIDS antiviral treatment management system to collect related experimental results, diagnosis and treatment records, HIV/AIDS prevention and routine follow-up data and laboratory test data, applicating EpiData3.1double input data, using the SPSS 17.0 statistical software for analysis.Analysis the antiviral treatment effect evaluation according to the national free AIDS antiviral treatment manuals from the third edition. Results:Among the 618 cases of the object of study, 381 patients(59.3%) effective treatment, 237 patients(36.9%) non-effective treatment; Among them 127 cases(20.6%) Immunology treatment failure, 101 cases(16.2%) virology treatment failure, 66 cases(10.7%)clinical treatment failure;Results show that CD4 cell count is constantly rising in the effective crowd, treat each time difference was statistically significant( P?05.0), the CD4 cell count irregular change in the invalid crowd, the time difference between no statistical significance( P?05.0);Through antiviral treatment associated risk factors, single factor analysis, the initial clinical staging, baseline CD4 cells, baseline viral load, missing, adherence related to the antiviral treatment failure, above all had statistical significance( P?05.0); After binaryLogistic regression analysis, missing, the initial clinical stage, adherence and baseline CD4 cell is a risk factor for antiviral therapy(odds ratio(OR) were 4.65, 3.74, 3.73, 3.03).Conclusions:The antiviral treatment effect of HIV-infected patients at the medium level in Xinjiang Yli region,so for further improve the curative effect need to take corresponding measures. Collective power to start the whole society for research object,s immune status, adverse reaction and the common cause such as adherence and the main influence factors, to strengthen the management and follow-up of HIV infected people,enhance and improve antiviral treatment related knowledge and self-efficacy, and more significantly improve the effect of Xinjiang Yili region people living with HIV anti-retroviral treatment.
