| Background:In recent years, with the increasing of the incidence of chronic renal failure and the developing of interdisciplinary idea, the phenomenon which chronic renal failure patients have periodontal disease in uraemia period is found clinically higher than before. Periodontal disease is a kind of inflammatory diseases caused by bacteria plaque, meanwhile, at the present the scholars find that the difference in regulation of infection immunity and the change of social life of host are directly related to the occurring, progressing and outcome of periodontal. The occurring of chronic renal failure is based on upon chronic kidney disease and its progression is affected by many factors. However, the researches of risk factors for chronic renal failure patients who have periodontal disease in current society are not much. In this paper i will take the patients in uraemia period as an example to seek the risk factors for chronic renal failure patients who have periodontal disease in uraemia period. So we can find and intervene in early period, improve the patients’ life quality and reduce the mortality rate. Objective:To seek the risk factors for chronic renal failure patients who have periodontal disease in uraemia period. Methods:This paper selects 136 cases of patients with chronic renal failure in uremia period which were treated in nephropathy medicine of First Hospital of Jilin University from November2015 to March 2016. According to the result of oral cavity checking, they are divided into periodontal disease group which has 70 people and non-periodontal disease group which has66 people. I respectively make comparative analysis through general clinical data and biochemical indexes, such as age, sex, smoking history, history of hypertension, diabetes, number of brushing teeth, peripheral white blood cells count, hypersensitive c-reactive protein, fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c), blood calcium, blood phosphorus, parathyroid hormone and so on. I take SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis, and single factor analysis of count data are used t test with the description in the mean standard deviation;count data are used chi-square test; multiple factors analysis are used unconditioned binary logistic regression analysis, P<0.05 has statistically significant.Results:1. The comparison of single factors of general data: 136 cases of patients with chronic renal failure in uremia period are including the male 79 people(58.09%) and the female 57people(41.91%). Through the comparing of the periodontal disease group and the non-periodontal disease group, i find that age, smoking, number of brushing teeth have statistically significant(P < 0.05), history of hypertension has not statistical difference(P >0.05).2. The comparison of single factors of clinical index: Through the comparing of the periodontal disease group and the non-periodontal disease group, i find that history of diabetes, fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, peripheral white blood cells, hypersensitive c-reactive protein difference have statistically significant(P < 0.05), and blood triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c), blood calcium, phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, hemoglobin, platelet, potassium difference has not statistical difference(P > 0.05).3. The results of multi-factor logistic regression analysis show that diabetes, number of brushing teeth, cholesterol, blood calcium,hs-CRP, peripheral white blood cells count,(P<0.05) into the regression equation, suggest that history of diabetes, reduce the number of brushing, high cholesterol, low blood calcium, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, WBC elevated is the risk factors for chronic renal failure patients who have periodontal disease in uraemia period.Conclusion:1ã€We can get that age, sex, smoking history are related to chronic renal failure patients who have periodontal disease in uraemia period from single factor analysis.2. We can get that history of diabetes, reduce the number of brushing, high cholesterol, low blood calcium, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, WBC elevated into the regressionequation is the risk factors for chronic renal failure patients who have periodontal disease in uraemia period. |
