Clinical Observation Of Jian Bu Tong Mai Fang To Treat Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans And Comparative Analysis Of Infrared Thermogram

Objectives:This subject from the perspective of clinical observation using Jian Bu Tong Mai Fang to treat early stage arteriosclerosis obliterans (cold coagulation blood stasis) patients. By measuring the two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement, limb ABI index, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with limb in different parts of infrared temperature change, to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the lower extremities arteriosclerosis obliterans (cold coagulation blood stasis) patients by Jian Bu Tong Mai Fang for treatment, to provide a new therapeutic drug for the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans disease of the lower extremities with cold coagulation and blood stasis, and to provide a new means for the diagnosis and clinical symptoms of lower extremities arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods:This study selected in January 2015-November 2015 in our hospital peripheral vascular department met the inclusion criteria of the lower extremities ASO outpatients. Patients with a total of 60 patients (76 limbs), 45 males and 15 females, aged 40-69 years, mean 57.63 years, duration of 1-2 years, an average of 15.05 months. According to the order of medical treatment divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group, n=30 patients, the treatment group of 39 limbs, the control group of 37 limbs, 12 weeks of treatment. The treatment group received Jian Bu Tong Mai Fang treatment. The control group was Tong Sai Mai Tablet. After 12 weeks of treatment on the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients, the clinical symptoms and signs, ABI index were carries on the contrast analysis, at the same time the changes of infrared thermal imaging temperature before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1) After the course of treatment, the treatment group markedly effective rate of 96.67%, markedly effective rate of 93.33% in the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, P<0.05, statistically significant difference. (2)After treatment, the treatment group patients with coldness, soreness, numbness, intermittent claudication, skin temperature and abnormal skin color symptom improvement was significantly better than the control group. (3) The treatment group of thigh, calf, dorsal foot, toe, foot temperature higher than the control group, P<0.05, difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The remedy of Jian Bu Tong Mai Fang to treat early cold coagulation blood stasis lower extremities arteriosclerosis obliterans patients was better than Tong Sai Mai Tablet, curative effect was significant.2.Infrared thermal imaging technology for the diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion has certain implications.
