Clinical And Theoretical On Arteriosclerosis Obliterans With Huang Qi Tong Mai Tang

Arteriosclerosis Obliterans(ASO) is a common peripheral vascular disease,is the result of Arteriosclerosis(AS) in limb. The symptoms of the limb such as dread cold ,numbness,intermittent-claudication,pain and gangrene come out when the main arteries became stenosis and occlusion.Recently, it is believed that there is several initial factors of AS.On that basis,combine with the theory of Chinese Tradition Midicine about ASO we creat "Huang QI Tong Mai Tang" traditional Chinese medicine herbs to treat ASO.We get a good clinical cure rate(62.50%) and total effective rate(100%).and offer a new effective to treat ASO. The experiment researched the pathogenesis,it indicate that Huang Qi Tong Mai Tang can improve the angiogenesis,microcirculation and blood rheology.
