The Clinical Curative Observation On Children’s Bronchopneumonia With Xiebbaiwendan Decotion And External Therapy Of TCM

Objective:With the clinical curative effect observation by XieBaiWenDan Decotion and external treatment of TCM in children’s bronchopneumonia, Observing and comparing the three groups’Healing and markedly effective rate,total symptoms score, main symptoms(cough, sputum, pulmonary rales) score and disappearanced time. Then to explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine internal-external therapies of bronchopneumonia.Method:This study is in accordance with the standard of Bronchopneumonia of 90 patients, were randomly divided into The control group (Based medicine therapies group), the treatment group 1 (External treatment group) and the treatment group 2(Internal-external treatment group),30 cases in each group. (1)The control group (Based medicine therapies group):on-demand given conventional anti-infection and droping the temperature, sputum suction, oxygen therapy and other symptomatic treatment. (2)The treatment group 1: On the basis of Based medicine therapies groups, combined with external treatment of Chinese Medicine. (3)The treatment group 2:On the basis of Based medicine therapies groups, combined with external treatment of Chinese medicine and XieBaiWenDan Decotion. Three groups were treated for 7 days, observing and comparing the three groups’Healing and markedly effective rate,total symptoms score, main symptoms(cough, sputum, pulmonary rales) score and disappearanced time. Using SPSS17.0 processing and analysis data.Results:1.Healing and markedly effective rate:in the treatment of 7 days, healing and markedly effective rate was 73.33% in the control group, the treatment group 1 was 86.67% in treatment group 2 was 93.33%.the three groups were significantly different in the Healing and markedly effective rate, namely the internal-external treatment group significantly better than the external treatment group, the external treatment group is better than the Based medicine therapies group.2. Total symptom score:in the treatment of 7 days, the three groups were significantly different in total symptom score, namely the internal-external treatment group significantly better than the external treatment group, the external treatment group is better than the Based medicine therapies group.3.Symptoms score of cough, sputum, pulmonary rales:in the treatment for 7 days, three groups in cough,sputum, pulmonary rales score have significant differences, namely the internal-external treatment group significantly better than the external treatment group, the external treatment group is better than the Based medicine therapies group.4.Disappearance time of cough, sputum, pulmonary rales:in the treatment for 7 days, The three groups in disappearance time of cough, sputum, pulmonary rales have significant differences, the internal-external treatment group disappeared quicker than external treatment group, external treatment group quicker than the Based medicine therapies group.Conclusions:1. XieBaiWenDan Decotion and external treatment of TCM in children’s bronchopneumonia has a significant effect, healing and markedly effective rate was 93.33%, better than the external treatment group and the Based medicine therapies group.2. XieBaiWenDan Decotion and external treatment of TCM can improve children’s bronchopneumonia in cough, sputum, pulmonary rales aspects, superior to external group and Based medicine therapies group.3. XieBaiWenDan Decotion and external treatment of TCM have no significant side effects, it’s safe and reliable.
