The Survey On The Distribution Of The TCM Constitution Type Of Facial Hormone Dependence Dermatitis And The Basic Correlation Between Some Influence Factors And The TCM Constitution Type

Objective:According to the investigation and study on manifestation characteristics of patients suffered from FHDD such as age,gender,skin care habits,life-style,aggravated factors and skin performance,subjective symptoms,etc. we combined with the survey on the TCM constitution type of FHDD to investigate the distribution characteristics of the TCM constitution type of this kind of disease and analyze the correlation between some influence factors and the TCM constitution type preliminarily.Aiming to explore new clinical thinking and find a new guidance on the TCM treatment and preventive care of FHDD through this study.Materials and methods:This subject is designed unified questionnaires:the history of FHDD questionnaire,the table of FHDD symptoms and signs,and the quantitative assessment of the TCM constitution.From Sep.2014 to Feb.2015,we totally investigate 113 cases of FHDD patients by questionnaires,39 cases of whom are from the dermatology clinic in chengdu university of TCM affiliated hospital while 74 cases are from the Internet survey. Collect their primary disease, medication,life-style,contributing factors,season,course,skin manifestations, self-conscious symptoms,signs and the TCM constitution type, then do statistical analysis and finally draw the conclusion.Results:1.There exists differences in sex, age,skin care habits, diet partiality, personality traits,sleeping time, exercise habits,western clinical classification, season, length of course and the progression of FHDD patients. The reasons and types of using hormones are diversified.For most of patients don’t know the correct using method and the side effects of hormone drugs,there exists overlapping medication. The different patients have different complicated influence factors.2.The distribution of the TCM constitution type in patients with FHDD take turns as follows:gentleness type, phlegm-dampness type, dampness-heat type, qi-deficiency type,yin-deficiency type, yang-deficiency type, blood-stasis type, qi-depression type, special inherited type.3.The TCM constitution type has correlation with sex. The TCM constitution type of female patients are mainly constituted by gentleness type, phlegm-dampness type,and qi-deficiency type,of which men are dampness-heat type, phlegm-dampness type, yin-deficiency type.4.The TCM constitution type has correlation with age. The TCM constitution type of 10 to 20 years old patients were mainly constituted by dampness-heat type, phlegm-dampness type, qi-deficiency type and gentleness type,of whom 20 to 30 years old were gentleness type,phlegm-dampness type and dampness-heat type,30 to 40 years old were gentleness type, phlegm-dampness type and yin-deficiency type,40 to 50 years old were yin-deficiency type, blood-stasis type, phlegm-dampness type and yang-deficiency type,more than 50 and less than 60 years old were blood-stasis type and phlegm-dampness type.5.1t showed that the TCM constitution type was correlated with diet partial addicted and exercise habits,but wasn’t correlated with irritating drinks,personality traits,sleeping time, western clinical classification, season and length of course.6.1t indicated that among all these aggravated factors,dry and gentleness type, yin-deficiency type, dampness-heat type and blood-stasis type,staying up late and yin-deficiency type, strenuous exercise and yang-deficiency type or qi-deficiency type,drinking and dampness-heat type,premenstrual-serious and yin-deficiency type and blood-stasis type, night-serious with yang-deficiency type and yin-deficiency type were correlated with each other.7.1t noted that the TCM constitution type has more correlation with some skin manifestations and self-conscious symptoms like flush,angiotelectasis, the feeling of itching and emotional changes rather than the progression of facial hormone dependence dermatitis.Conclusion:1.The TCM constitution type of FHDD is mainly constituted by gentleness type, phlegm-dampness type and dampness-heat type,and we could not ignore the influence of blood-stasis type and yang-deficiency type.2.The correlation between some influence factors of FHDD and the TCM constitution type is as follows:it has correlation with age,gender,diet partiality,exercise habits,certain aggravated factors, some skin manifestations and subjective symptoms,emotional changes,but has no correlation with personality traits,sleeping time,western clinical classification,season,length of course and the progression of FHDD.
