| Objective:The objective of the research is to investigate the clinical effects of the Chinese Medicine JiaWeiXiJiaoDiHuangTang(JWXJDHT)in treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. To investigate the mechanism of JWXJDHT, and to explore the active of Chinese Medicine in treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods:The 62 patients of HDD were randomly divided into two groups 32 cases in treatment group, treated with the Traditional Chinese Medicine JWXJDHT, and 30 cases in control group, treated with the tables of antihistamines. The course of the treatment was 2 months. After 2 months of the treatment,observe of clinic affect by the signs of the erythematic, inflammatory whelk, engorge, angiotelectasts, pruritus and other complaint.Results:The treatment group surpasses the control group in total effect and surpasses the control group in most monomial symptoms and the symptom of TCM. This has been provided with statistics. The treatment group has no conspicuous disparity with the control group in improving TCP.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective for treating corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. |
