Clinical Research On Clearing Heat And Removing Retained Water Method In Treating Acute Pancreatitis

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effects of clearing heat and removing retained water method for acute pancreatitis, the symptoms signs of pancreatitis CRP,APACHE II score, EPIC score, complications affected by that. To explore the principle of clearing heat and removing retained water method treating acute pancreatitis then provide the clinical basis for preventing MAP to SAP.MethodSelect 50 patients with standard AP. Divide patients randomly into two groups:the control group and the treated group,each with 25 people. The two groups received routine treatment, and the treatment group received Daxianxiongtang decoction (dahuang mangxiao gansui) rention enema and oral.The clinical symptoms CRP and APACHEII, EPIC score and laboratory parameters on the third day and the seventh day were determined. Adverse reactions during the process of treatment were recorded.and compared between two groups.Result1、Baseline comparison:the baselines of two groups are consistent and comparable.2、Symptom curative effect:two methods were effective in symptoms and signs of integral (P< 0.05), but the treatment group in improving the patients symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine integral was better than that in control group (P< 0.05).3、Single signs and symptoms:two methods were effected to abdominal pain, abdominal distention, nausea, vomiting, fever (P< 0.05),the effect of reducing abdominal pain, abdominal distension, was better than that in control group (P< 0.05), but the vomiting was contrary, there was not different in nausea between the two groups (P> 0.05).4、CRP:the CRP in treatment group did not differ from the control group (P>0.05).5、Blood amylase:the blood amylase was not different each other.6、APACHE II score:For APACHE II score on 3th day,the treatment group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).7、EPIC score:two kinds of therapy in reducing the EPIC scale, the treatment group was better than the control group (P< 0.05).8、Hospitalization days:treatment group in hospital was shorter than control group (P <0.05);9、Safety analysis:No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.ConclusionClearing heat and removing retained water method can improve the clinical curative effect in treatment of acute pancreatitis, reduce the signs and symptoms of patients with acute pancreatitis, EPIC score, and shorten the hospitalization days, no serious adverse reactions.
