| Purpose:To explore the influence of Zhu si zhuang jing pills on the number of the sperm and the activities of the sperm inside the testicles and on the fertilization rate and the pregnancy rate that had lined of ICSI, to reveal tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation could improve the quality of sperm Inside the testicles.Methods:December 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital,choose 60 cases of obstructive azoospermia patients who have the plan to line of the ICSI, they were divided into two groups at random. One group is for Zhusi Zhuangjing pills (the experimental group),and the other one is for Wuzi Yanzong pills(the control group) Both of them inclued 30 cases of obstructive azoospermia patients.The experimental group and control group adopts minimally invasive testicular biopsy in testicular tissue,To record the number of the sperm and the activities of the sperm, which were seen through the perspective of each at high magnification, meanwhile,line pathological biopsy.Then the experimental group were given with Zhusi Zhuangjing pills, the Specific treatment method was 5 pills for one time,and 3times a day. the control group were given with Wuzi Yanzong pills,the method for taking this medicine is 9 g for one time,and twice a day. When both of the two groups were given drugs for 3 months,once again, using minimally invasive testicular biopsy technique in testicular tissue. To record the number of the sperm and the activities of the sperm, which were seen through the perspective of each at high magnification,, meanwhile,line pathological biopsy.Line on the day of collection the sperm, follicle intracytoplasmic single sperm injection (ICSI), comparing the experimental group and control group fertilization rate and pregnancy rate.Result:1ã€The sperm count and activity sperm counts were more improved than before after the two groups of patients taking the medicine for three months, andZhusi Zhuangjing pills group were better than Wuzi Yanzong pills group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The fertilization rate of Zhusi Zhuangjing pills group was obviously higher than that of Wuzi Yanzong pills group, (P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant. But, pregnancy rate in the two groups (P> 0.05), the difference was not statistically significant.3. Both of Zhusi Zhuangjing pills and Wuzi Yanzong pills can effectively improve the testicular seminiferous tubules spermatogenic function, and Zhusi Zhuangjing pills were better than Wuzi Yanzong pills. (P< 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Through this study we can see that tenifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation(Zhusi Zhuangjing pills) can effectively improve the kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with azoospermia testicular seminiferous tubules spermatogenic function, and can effectively improve the quality of sperm inside the testicles and the fertilization rate that had lined of ICSI.But it cannot improve the pregnancy rate. The experiments show that the pregnancy rate of ICSI is not affected by the influence of sperm quality. |
