Clinical Observation Of Modified Guizhi Fuling Pills In The Treatment Of Polycystic Kidney With Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guizhi Fuling pills in the treatment of blood stasis type polycystic kidney disease CKD(3~4stage).Methods:Sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria of CKD(3~4stage)were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30)in the outpatient department of Department of Nephrology,the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Guizhi Fuling pills and the control group with Niaoduqing granules for 6 months.The changes of TCM symptom scores,24 hour urinary protein quantification,renal function,blood lipid,urine red blood cell count and renal color Doppler ultrasound were observed before and after treatment.Result:1.There was no significant difference in 24-hour urinary protein quantity between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P >0.05).2.After treatment,the level of Scr,BUN in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01).The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.After treatment,the levels of β2-MG and Cys-C in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).After treatment,the Cys-C in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the β2-MG in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P< 0.01).4.After treatment,there was no significant difference in cholesterol and triglyceride,LDL,HDL between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.After treatment,there was no significant difference in urine red blood cell count between the two groups under high power visual field(P > 0.05).6.Comparison of renal volume between the two groups after treatmentand before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).7.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P< 0.01),and the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).8.After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Jiawei Guizhi Fuling pills can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with blood stasis type of polycystic nephropathy(CKD3~4stage)and has a good effect on the improvement of lumboabdominal distension.2.Jiawei Guizhi Fuling pills can reduce the levels of Scr,BUN,Cys-C and β2-MG in patients with polycystic kidney disease(CKD3~4 stage)with blood stasis.
