To Therapy The Helicobacter Pylori(Hp) Related Dampness-Heat Of Chronic Gastritis Combined The Self-Made Faluohai Decoction And Triple Therapy

Objective:To observe the effect comparison between the combined therapy、the recurrence rates、the eradication rates of Faluohai decoction and standard triple therapy on the Helicobacter Pylorum(Hp) related chronic gastritis.Method:(1) 205 patients with chronic gastritis diagnosed by gastroscope were divided into 2 groups randomly. The syndrome of traditional Chinese medical(TCM) is part of Dampness-heat of spleen and stomach. The treatment group was 128 cases, including 65cases of male and 63 cases of female. The average age was 37.70±11.504 years. The average duration was 2.63±1.710 years. The control group were 77 cases, including 40 cases of male and 37 cases of female. The average age was 37.86±11.471 years, and the average duration was 2.64±1.728 years.(2) The control group were given Clarithromycin tablets (500mg,qd,po,14days)、Amoxicillin capsules(1000mg,qd,po,14days) and Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets(20mg,qd,po,1 month).The treatment group were given the same to the western medicine group, and the self-made Faluohai decoction one month(100ml,tid,po).(3) To observe the symptom scores, the recurrence rates, the eradication rates of the clinical curative effect of the two groups were detected.(4) Before and after treatment, the blood routine, liver function, renal function, urine routine, fecal occult blood,, Electrocardiogram(ECG) were tested, regarding as the safety indexes.Results:(1) The treatment group of clinical cure rate.the efficiency and the total efficiency were 22.50%、46.67%、94.17%,and the control group were 18.57%、32.86%、78.57%.The two groups of clinical symptoms were improved significantly.(2) The treatment group of cardinal symptoms and secondary symtoms were better than the control group. Differences were statistically significant.(3) The treatment group of Hp eradication total rate was 87.50%, better than the control group (71.43%). Comparison of two groups had significance.(4) After one month, to stop all the medicines. And all patients come back to review the Hp in the our hospital by 13C-urea breath test(13C-UBT) four weeks later. The treatment group of the recurrence rate was 18.26%, lower than the control group(28.78%).And there was a significant differences in two groups (P<0.05).(5) Toxicity and side effects were not found in the two groups by observation on clinical symptoms and safety indexes.Conclusion:(1) The combination of Faluohai decoction and triple therapies was better than the western group on the clinical symptoms, the eradication rate, and the total curative ratio. To reminder the TCM group was superior to the Western medicine.(2) The recurrence rate of Hp on combination of Faluohai decoction and triple therapies was lower than the Western medicine.(3) There is no toxicity and side effects found on this test.
