Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome With Helicobacter Pylori Infection By Using Jiawei Qingpu Decoction And Western Medicine Triple Therapy

Objective:In this study,we collected the recent patients to the hospital for experimental research,mainly to explore the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)associated gastritis,the patients were divided into two groups,the observation group using Modified Qingpu Decoction combined with triple therapy of western medicine for special intervention,the other group only using triple therapy of western medicine,and then compared the curative effect of the two groups,and respectively from Hp eradication rate,the degree of remission of clinical symptoms,to observe the curative effect of Modified Qingpu Decoction combined with triple therapy of western medicine on Hp associated gastritis,to explore whether traditional Chinese medicine is better in the treatment of Hp associated gastritis.Methods:The selected patients were divided into observation group(special intervention group)and control group(conventional treatment group),the two groups have equal numbers of 30 each.The observation group was given Modified Qingpu Decoction+triple therapy of western medicine(omeprazole+clarithromycin+amoxicillin),and the control group was given Jinghua Weikang Capsules+triple therapy of western medicine.The intervention time was two weeks.Before the intervention,the symptom scores of each group were compared and analyzed.After stopping the drug for four weeks,13C-UBT was used to observe the eradication rate in both groups.The Hp eradication rate and remission of the disease were recorded..Results:The Hp eradication rate was 80.0%in the observation group and 83.3%in the other group.The data of the two groups were close and incomparable.In terms of symptom relief:90.0%in the observation group and 86.7%in the other group.After a period of intervention,the total symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).After intervention in different ways,all symptoms were improved significantly in both groups.Especially in the symptoms of gastric distension and belching,the effect of the observation group was more obvious than that of the other group(P<0.05).During the treatment,Abnormal situation occurred in both groups,the statistical results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.7%,the other group was 26.7%,the difference was very significant(P<0.05),it is comparable,indicating that the drug safety of the observation group was higher,which can be used for clinical treatment.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medcine Modified Qingpu Decoction combined with triple therapy of western medicine can achieve the same effect as Jinghua Weikang combined with triple therapy of western medicine in clearing Helicobacter pylori.Compared with western medicine treatment,combined therapy can play a better role in alleviating the symptoms of the disease,with fewer side effects,prominent effect,high eradication rate,safety and reliability,which is worthy of promotion in practice.
