Objective:Investigate nosocomial acinetobacter baumannii infection and drug resistance, and analyze the multiple drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii correlative risk factors of nosocomial infection, to decrease clinical acinetobacter baumannii infection.Methods:All isolates the Microscan Walkaway 96 automatic bacteria identification is used to identify, and drug sensitivity test, in accordance with the standards of CLSI2013 version interpretation experiment operation and as a result, the application of Whonet 5.6 software for statistical analysis of drug sensitivity test.Results:Through our cultivated bacteria were investigated in 2014, a total of produce 348 strains of acinetobacter baumannii, and second only to escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumonia bacillus and pseudomonas aeruginosa was ranked no.4. Acinetobacter baumannii isolated, mainly distributed in neurosurgery department 142 strains (41%), bone 30 strains (9%), respiratory medicine,29 strains (8%). Detection in sputum specimens,266 strains, accounting for 76.4%, the highest percentage, followed by pus discharge 43 cases, accounting for 12.4%. Acinetobacter baumannii to ampicillin resistance to the highest (77.6%); Of the imine southern culture, e.faecalis ni are 55.6% and 55.6% respectively; The aqua star, gentamicin and other aminoglycoside drug resistant rate were greater than 40%; Ni of levofloxacin was 35.9%; Of cefoperazone/shu temple, minocycline resistant rate is relatively low, at 30.2% and 14% respectively, and to add ring element for resistance to the lowest (0%). Single factor analysis showed that:the single factor analysis results show that infection before hospitalization days, whether using penicillium carbon alkene antibiotics, types of antibiotics, if three or more, antibiotic use time> 7 d, tracheotomy tubes, breathing machine auxiliary breath, in MDRAB group and non MDRAB is statistically significant (P< 0.05) associated with multiple drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii infection (P< 0.05); Multiariable Logistic regression statistical analysis showed that antibiotic use> 7 days, using penicillium carbon alkene, three factors of mechanical ventilation is multi-resistant independent risk factors of acinetobacter baumannii.Conclusion:1. The prevalence of acinetobacter baumannii resistance higher antibiotics, followed by ampicillin, ammonia QuNa, raschig Lin.2. Infection before hospitalization days, whether using penicillium carbon alkene antibiotics, types of antibiotics if three or more, antibiotic use time> 7 d, tracheotomy tubes, breathing machine auxiliary breathing, other factors and multiple drug resistant acinetobacter baumannii infection related.3. The antibiotic use> 7 days, using penicillium carbon alkene, mechanical ventilation is multi-resistant independent risk factors of acinetobacter baumannii infection.
