| ObjectiveObserved Effect of acupuncturing nerve entering points on musculi quadriceps femoris to knee control disorder after stroke.MethodsChoose stroke patients with knee control disorder Consistent with the diagnosis and inclusion criteria, randomly incorporated into the treatment group and the control group in accordance with the order into the hospital,30 in each group,60 total. The control group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy.Treatment group was given acupuncture nerve entry point therapy on quadriceps femoris musculi on the basis of conventional therapy on rehabilitation, continuous 30min,1 times a day,5 days a week, a total of 4 weeks. Separately,Measure and calculate surface electromyography in patients with bilateral medial femoral muscle before and after treatment, take its absolute value ofter fetching the difference of root-mean-square value, In order to measure the effectiveness of motor unit recruitment on quadriceps femoris musculi; calculate co-contraction ratio of Integral electromyography,to measure the strength of hamstring’s antagonistic movement; evaluate fugl-meyer assessment of leg and modified barthel index, and then compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods.Results1. After treatment, FMA-L of both groups were improved, and the treatment group are better than the control group (p<0.05);2. After treatment, Δ RMS of both groups are lower than before treatment significantly, and the treatment group are more obvious than the control group (p<0.05);3. After treatment, CR of both groups are significantly improved compared with before treatment, the effect of the treatment group are significantly higher (p<0.05).Conclusion1. The method of acupuncture nerve entering points on musculi quadriceps femoris can improve their ability to exercise control by raising the effectiveness of motor unit recruitment, and lessening antagonistic movement, its curative effect is superior to the conventional treatment method;2. The method of acupuncture nerve entering points can improve lower extremity motor function and daily life ability,by improving the control ability of musculi quadriceps femoris. |
