The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Palmoplantar Keratodermia Eczema By Herbal Power Of Ningyangsan

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of palmoplantar keratodermia eczema by herbal power of Ningyangsan.Methods:Select 70 patients with palmoplantar keratodermia eczema from the Department of dermatology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September,2013 to February, 2016. Divide all patients into two groups randomly and averagely:the treatment group and the control group. In the findings of practical study, the amount of the treatments is 34, and 33 of them are completed, including 3 cases were off during the observation. The patients in treatment group were externally medicated with herbal power of Ningyang during the treatment twice a day; the patients in control group were externally medicated with Compound Boric Acid and Zinc Oxide Ointment in the meantime twice a day; and both groups coordinate with Kushenqufeng Pills with oral drops. Both groups are adopted 2 courses which one course lasts 4 weeks. Make comparison of the two groups in skin lesion, such as spiloplaxia, keratinize, chap and extent of pruritus between the two groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks through the observation to judge the clinical effectiveness. Record the score and condition of stigmata, keratinization, rhagadia, pruritus and all other symptoms of both groups with the application of software, SPSS20.0.Results:(1) By the end of the forth weeks’treatment, make comparison between before and after of both treatment group and control group, concluded that the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). All the symptoms score of both groups descended after 8 weeks treatment. The score of the treatment group symptom was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) By the end of the eighth weeks’treatment. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%, while the control group was 75.76%. There is a significant difference in curative effective rate between treatment group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:(1) The herbal power of Ningyang would improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and physical sign. There is a definitely therapeutic effectiveness of palmoplantar keratodermia eczema.(2) The herbal power of Ningyang teratment effect is better than the Compound Boric Acid and Zinc Oxide Ointment...
